  • 1. Booking Policy

    1.1. Reservation Confirmation

    • All bookings must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or through our official website www.luxetimetravel.com.

    • A minimum advance payment of 25%–50% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking process.

    • The remaining amount must be settled before the commencement of the tour/service unless specified otherwise in writing.

    1.2. Documents Required

    • Valid government-issued ID/passport copy (for all guests).

    • For international travelers: Passport, Visa, and any special permits (if applicable).

    1.3. Payment Modes

    • We accept: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, PayPal (for international guests), and secure payment links provided by Luxé TimeTravel.

  • 2. Cancellation Policy

    2.1. Cancellations by Guest

    Days Before Departure Cancellation Charges
    More than 30 days 10% of total package cost (processing fee)
    15–30 days 25% of total package cost
    7–14 days 50% of total package cost
    Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)

    2.2. No Show or Early Departure

    • 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

    • No refund for unused services once the tour has commenced.

    2.3. Cancellations by Luxe Time Travel

    • In the unlikely event that we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamity, operational issue, government restriction), full booking amount will be refunded or an alternative travel credit/voucher will be offered.

  • 3. Refund Policy

    3.1. Refund Process

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation request approval.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

    3.2. Non-Refundable Components

    • Entrance tickets, train/flight bookings, or services booked on behalf of clients (unless refundable by the third party).

    • Bank charges, transaction fees, or third-party commission.

    3.3. Delayed or Failed Refunds

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or payment gateway first.

    • If the issue persists, email us at: bookings@luxetimetravel.com with your Booking ID and refund reference.

  • 4. Changes to the Policy

    Luxé TimeTravel reserves the right to modify, update, or revise the policy without prior notice. Please review this page periodically to stay informed.
