About Patwon Ki Haveli
Patwon Ki Haveli is the first haveli built in Jaisalmer and remains one of the most striking examples of local craftsmanship. Commissioned in the early 19th century by Guman Chand Patwa, a wealthy merchant, this group of five havelis showcases detailed sandstone carvings, lattice balconies, and beautifully decorated interiors. Some sections have been converted into museums, displaying antique furniture, artifacts, and textiles.
