New Vishwanath Temple

Located inside Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the New Vishwanath Temple is a grand modern replica of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Constructed in white marble, it exudes peace and simplicity. The temple was commissioned by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, founder of BHU, and is open to all, irrespective of religion.
