More About: Established in 1954, the NGMA Delhi is located in Jaipur House, a heritage building originally built as the residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur. The museum preserves and promotes modern Indian art, housing more than 17,000 artworks that span from the mid-19th century to the present day.
Architecture: NGMA is set within the regal Jaipur House, a circular-shaped colonial-era mansion designed by architect Charles Blomfield in 1936.
