Jaisalmer Fort - The Golden Fortress

About Jaisalmer Fort

Rising from the heart of the Thar Desert, Jaisalmer Fort glows golden in the sunlight due to its yellow sandstone walls. Built in 1156 AD by Rawal Jaisal, it’s unique as it still houses shops, temples, and residences inside its walls.
